1. Usage

The hot press sintering furnace with induction heating, graphite heating and molybdenum filament heating,is suitable for the sintering of metal powders,inorganic non-metallic materials under vacuum, high temperature, hot pressing and protective atmosphere conditions. Thus it has the function to complete the material's pyknosis densification, prevent distortion and inhibit the nanometer-powder's crystalline grain becoming bulky.

3.Structure

The hot press sintering furnace is heating vertically (The pressure is from 5T to 100T, two ways of pressure: one and two way), and the hot press sintering furnace also has two ways of feeding and discharging: from the top or the side. It consists of furnace shell, heating element, insulation layer, pressure device, vacuum system, electric control system and so on.
