1. Introduction  

The feedstock is melt in the water cold copper crucible and the molten flows into vacuum atomizing system through fluid diversion nozzle (made of copper material) which is connected with crucible 

bottom. Then the molten is crushed by the atomizing gas and solidified into ultrafine powders. 

It's suitable for manufacturing alive metal and high melting alloy which are not suitable for being processed in the condition of ceramics, such as Ti,TiAl,FeGd,FeTb,Zr and Cr. It's also suitable for manufacturing various metal, oxide, carbide and nitride high purity, and ultrafine nano powders.
